The 300-year-old property, near St Lorenc de Balafia. It has nine individually decorated, air-conditioned, en suite double bedrooms (four of them in the main building), all with terraces or patios. The impressive split-level Tower Suite has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. And there is a spacious, stylish common lounge in the main building.

The place comes with a resident manager and cleaners, but you can also ask for friendly, well-trained bar and restaurant staff, as well as excellent chefs (including big names, should you wish) so you need never lift a finger. If you want them to cater for you, it’s worth noting that food and drink are supplied at cost – with no mark up.

THE INTERIOR

The whole villa is designed by renowned Ibiza based Dutch Carmen Straatsma from Studio C and Ted Milano. Teh finca sleeps 18 people, and each of the nine bedrooms has either an own terrace or balcony. Egyptian cottons, extravagant bedframes, large sunken bathtubs, are some other exclusive details that can be found in each room. Thanks to the distinct and curated interior in the rooms, you quickly feel like you’re in somebody’s home.

The overall theme is a warm with an earthy colour palette and 1970s vibes. Italian fabrics and carefully curated pieces are mixed with local Ibicencan artists, represented in handwoven art installations, modern ceramics, and traditional antiques. But what really elevates this sanctuary and adds that extra touch of sophisticated luxury in our opinion, is of course the influences of Scandinavian premium design.

LIVING AND DINING ROOM

Rustic wooden doors open onto a large living space where the double-height ceilings, metre-thick stone walls and traditional sabina beams - whose evocative pine fragrance permeates the house - take us back to the past. This is the centre of the estate, a convivial space, a relaxing refuge in the heat of the day.

A huge pine dining table seating eighteen people in cheerful psychedelic chairs is the ideal place for family breakfasts or glorious dinners with friends. The Finca pays homage to the local artisans of Ibiza and here we find contemporary ceramics alongside traditional Ibicencan antiques.

The indoor/outdoor spaces are the heart of The Finca, where friends gather to share, make music and dream. A spectacular multi-level pergola houses a myriad of living, dining and lounging spaces, all grouped around an old Ibizan stone mill. The upper level of this unique space features a full-service marble bar, a rustic stone pizza oven and a classic Josper grill. There is a dining table for 16, a large Roche Bobois chill-out area and a backgammon corner to ensure extraordinary entertainment. Open plan lounge and dining table for up to 18 guests with a large serving bar, Josper oven, an authentic rustic stone oven and an original Ibicencan mill. The Finca large oval saltwater pool measures over 110 square metres in length and occupies an elevated terrace with panoramic views over the sunny countryside of northern Ibiza. The limestone terrace also houses a small children's pool along with outdoor showers. A large pergola for alfresco dining, with a pool bar, is surrounded by lush vegetation and lazily woven hammocks.
