  • What is the service?

    Each Villa includes a tailor-made service. 

    The basic service includes a welcome to the property by our staff - we make sure that the house is up to standard on arrival and have a concierge service available for any requests the client may have.


    Our concierge team takes care of an extensive list of services on request. You can find all our services on our website.


  • How to make a reservation?

    You can call us or send us a form so that we can contact you. 


    To confirm the reservation, an initial payment is required from the customer within a maximum of 3 working days following the signing of their contract.


    The remaining balance of the rent must be paid no later than one month before the start date of the rental.

  • Is there a deposit to access the property?

    When booking, a security deposit will be requested to cover any damages incurred during your stay.


  • What is the cancellation policy?

    100% of the booking amount will be refunded for cancellations prior to 60 days before the check-in date. 


    50% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellations after 30 days of the check-in date.


    If the reservation is made within 30 days before the entry, no refund will be possible in any case.
