Each Villa includes a tailor-made service. The basic service includes a welcome to the property by our staff - we make sure that the house is up to standard on arrival and have a concierge service available for any requests the client may have.

You can call us or send us a form so that we can contact you. The properties are reserved with 30% of the total amount of the reservation. In this way, we will block the property. The rest of the payment is due 30 days before the check-in date.

The client must pay a deposit corresponding to 20-30% of the total amount of the reservation to cover any damages and damages that may occur. The deposit is returned to the client as soon as the property is checked by our staff within a maximum period of 7 working days.

100% of the booking amount will be refunded for cancellations prior to 30 days before the check-in date. 50% of the deposit will be refunded for cancellations after 20 days of the check-in date.
